Simple, all-inclusive pricing
Lights, install, maintenance, takedown and pickup are all included. Price depends mostly on roofline length; we measure and give you a written quote.

FAQ
Christmas lighting questions
When should I book Christmas lights?
As early as you can. Install season runs through November and into early December, and prime dates (Nov 2–25) fill first. Booking in October gets you the widest choice of install dates.
Do I have to buy the lights?
No. We provide commercial-grade lights for the season, install them, keep them working, and pick them back up after the holidays. Nothing to buy, store or untangle.
What kind of lights do you use?
Commercial-grade C9 LED bulbs on cut-to-fit cord, mounted with purpose-made clips. Warm white is our most popular look; multicolor, red & white and cool white are available.
What if a bulb or section goes out?
Mid-season maintenance is included. Call or text us and we'll come fix it.
When do you take the lights down?
We schedule takedown and pickup in early January. You don't need to be home as long as we can reach the roofline.
Will the clips damage my roof or gutters?
No. We never use staples or nails. Our clips attach to shingles and gutters and come off clean.
Do I need an outdoor outlet?
Yes, at least one exterior outlet near the display. We'll check your power on the design visit and plan runs and timers around it.
How much does Christmas light installation cost?
Most single-story homes start around the prices on this page. Your exact price depends on roofline length and the add-ons you choose; we measure and give you a written quote.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit reserves your install date, and the balance is due on install day. Because the lights are leased and stay our property, we also keep a card on file (or a refundable $150 cash security deposit) that's only charged if lights are lost, damaged or not available at pickup.
