What we collect
When you request an estimate, book a visit, or sign up for our guide, we collect the details you give us (name, phone, email, address, service interest) and basic information about how you found us (for example, which page or ad you came from).
How we use it
To contact you about your request, schedule visits and installs, send quotes, invoices and receipts, and, if you signed up, send seasonal lighting tips and offers. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Cookies & advertising
We use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and X) that may set cookies to measure visits and show our ads to people who have visited our site. You can limit ad tracking in your browser or device settings.
Sharing
We don't sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the business (payment processing, email and text delivery), and only as needed.
Text messages (SMS)
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box or requesting service, you agree to receive text messages from Home Trusted Lights about your estimate, appointments, installs, invoices and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Service emails (quotes, invoices, receipts, appointment details) are sent as part of your job.
